We have won 9 Gold Awards for our sausage and bacon products, recently judged by BPEX.
Gold Medals were awarded to our Cumberland, Cumberland and Black Pudding and our Pork, Mango and Stilton sausages.
Gold awards went to our Dry Cured Back Bacon, Oak Smoked Sweet Dry Cured Back Bacon, Sweet Cured Gammon Steaks and Lakeland Pancetta. Our Traditional Dry Cured Back Bacon and Oak Smoked Lakeland Pancetta also received Golds in the recent Cure for Modern Times BPEX competition.
