Delivery Information

To save on delivery charges, items can be collected from us at our premises in Staveley without charge. Should you require directions, please call us on 01539 822713 and we'll guide you in with NASA like precision!

Overnight courier deliveries are made by Fedex from Tuesdays to Saturdays and are delivered during working hours, so please ensure you leave a secondary address, perhaps work or a neighbour, if you might not be home. Please ensure that you click on the correct delivery date when you order, we produce everything freshly for you so we do add a day for production time.

Nationwide delivery costs are just £7-50 for orders up to £50, and free for orders over this amount! There is an £8 surcharge for any Saturday delivery and also extra charges for certain Scottish highland areas (please call us on 01539 822713 for further information). Please note that we are unable to deliver to Eire, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Our products are packed into poly boxes then packed with frozen gel sheets to ensure that the produce arrives chilled and in perfect condition when you receive it.

Local Lakeland Deliveries

All local deliveries are made by our refrigerated vehicle to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Delivery days as follows -

Wednesday - To Kendal, Staveley, Crook, Oxenholme, Natland, Sedgwick and Burneside

Thursday - To Staveley, Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside

We make a small delivery charge of £2-50 for orders below £25. Orders above £25 on these local lakeland runs are delivered free.
