Lakes Speciality Foods is an award winning catering butcher/food supplier and we deliver throughout the North West.

We currently require a full time Technical QA Officer. 

Previous experience is desireable with salary depending on experience.  The role involves ensuring Technical and Quality compliance through strategy, audits, developing improvement plans, training and managing staff.  You will oversee hygiene, food handling processes and ensure all HACCP records are up to date.  Knowledge and understanding of GMP's, BRC's and HACCP is essential.
